  • Landscape Design
A well-designed landscape plan is the key to having the right plants and hardscape material to fit and function in your beautiful new outdoor oasis. The concept-to-install process is fun and exciting for both the landscaper and the client because it lets us work together as a team to carefully pick and choose which plants and hardscape features are going to be right for your landscape now, and ten years from now!! Cooper Landscaping walks you through the design process step by step to be certain we are on the same page and we welcome e-mails to ask about a particular plant or feature that you would like us to include. Remember, your input is valuable to us and we take great care in selecting only those things we know you are going to enjoy and appreciate. The first thing we do is meet with you, the client, and discuss likes, dislikes, and go over plant ideas and other concepts to incorporate. We also talk about your ideas and what you expect from us, along with budget information. Next, we take measurements and pictures of all the areas being designed. We carefully observe man-made and natural structures, along with utilities location. We then take all the information required and beautifully design a Master Plan that is perfect for you and your family. We then submit our plan and proposal and carefully go over every detail, answering any questions and making changes, if necessary. With the final changes made, we then proceed with a starting date and call the underground utilities locating company to locate all utilities before we do any digging. We also collect 25-50% down for project materials. Once we establish all necessary requirements, our crew of trained landscape professionals start the process of transformation. After the project is complete to the clients' satisfaction, we then collect final payment and each client receives their very own Landscape Care Package, which includes everything from watering, to fertilizing, to when and how to trim your new plants. We Warranty ALL of our plants and trees for one year and warranty our workmanship for five to seven years. All of our plant stock is purchased from Browns, Studebaker, and Scarff's Nurseries.

  • Landscape Maintenance
Our extensive landscape maintenance package includes fertilizing, trimming and insect control of all of your landscape plants and ornamentals, mulching and edging all landscape beds. Cooper Landscaping believes mulching is one of the best practices for your beds. When 2-3" of mulch is applied to your beds, it offers a wide number of benefits to your plants and soil. Mulch offers moisture control, temperature control, helps smother weeds, breaks down to add organic material to your soil, and offers many other benefits. Great care is taken in the placement of mulch, making sure the mulch is away from the plant stock and nicely and neatly spread throughout the bed. Seasonal trimming, winterizing, cutting back perennials, grasses and some hydrangea, removing spent annuals, deadheading flowering plants, aerating and overseeding the lawn is offered. Deep root fertilization of all your trees and shrubs is recommended once or twice a year. Along with installing your new landscape, we can take care of it for you, as well.

  • Pavers and Hardscape
Any landscape is incomplete without a beautiful paver walkway or a nice fire pit. Let our trained professionals, with over 20 years in hardscape installation, carefully and creatively install a paver walkway that takes you around your new landscape. Cooper Landscaping can install a new paver patio, along with a nice fire pit and seating areas for you and your guests. Whether it is a patio, walkway, terraced landscape wall or a paver driveway, we can do it. If your taste is for concrete or stamped concrete, we can help you with that, too.

  • Stone, Boulders and Ponds
Cooper Landscaping loves incorporating natural stone and boulders in your landscape. Whether it is to accent your landscape or help retain a corner planting or raised bed, we can help. Adding a boulder fountain, small pond or pondless waterfall is both relaxing and tranquil and makes a wonderful addition to your landscape. We use field boulders, granite, limestone and flagstone for ponds and fountains. Let Cooper Landscaping design and build the pond that you have always wanted!! Call us today at 937-286-4283.
